Emirates FA Cup Extra Preliminary and Preliminary Round Draws

The FA have today released the draws for the Extra Preliminary and Preliminary Rounds of the Emirates FA Cup.
23 of our Premier Division clubs enter at the Extra Preliminary Round stage, with Step 6 clubs once again excluded from the competition. FC Isle of Man elected not to participate.
There will be a minimum of six NWCFL clubs in the Preliminary Round with half a dozen all-Premier Division clashes. City of Liverpool, fresh from relegation from Step 4, will welcome newly-promoted Euxton Villa in the latter's first ever FA Cup tie whilst Burscough make the short trip to Mossie Park to take on Charnock Richard.
Prestwich Heys will see some familiar faces when they visit Wythenshawe Town, NWCFL members between 2018 and 2024 and now in the NPL Division One West. South Liverpool will also travel to a former League side as they go to Gigg Lane to take on newly-promoted Bury.
There's no completely fresh opposition to the League this time round but there will be some new grounds to tick off for clubs and their supporters - Ramsbottom United go to Golcar United for the first time ever; Barnoldswick Town visit Trafford; Padiham head over the Pennines to Penistone Church and Wythenshawe face Liversedge.

There is a lot of unknowns in this draw but there is potential for three all-NWCFL ties; should Irlam beat NCEL side Thackley then they will host either Chadderton or Stockport Town. Cheadle Town would welcome either Abbey Hey or AFC Liverpool if they emerge victorious from their tie away at Witton Albion. Last but by no means least, should Atherton LR get the better of Ossett United then they will face divisional rivals Glossop North End or FC St Helens.
