Chadderton seek new manager

Chadderton FC are looking to appoint a new First Team Manager for the 2020/21 Season and beyond.
Over the last few years the Club has established itself at Step 6 in the football pyramid and whils last year was tough on the pitch for them, off the pitch saw the business and determination of the Club developing facilities significantly. Whilst there is no player budget, the Club offers attractive playing opportunities to young and developing talent from all over the area at a well-established and highly respected football club.
They are offering the opportunity to utilise the high standard of playing facilities at Ark Fleetech Stadium, and competing in the North West Counties Football League First Division North, where there is a professional environment to develop both yourself and your management team.
The successful candidate will show the following
- Have a proven track record and experience of football at Step 6, or demonstrate the ability to do so, including the ability to bring in and to recruit good players and coaches to the Club.
- Hold appropriate coaching certification, ideally such as Level 2 FA coaching, EUFA B licence or equivalent experience.
- Be fully versed with FA Safeguarding standards and hold a current DBS status.
- Great communication with players and Club Committee representatives.
- Be able to integrate with existing match day volunteers and lead their involvement in the team and the Club, together with liaising with our Chadderton Junior section.
- Ambition to progress a team that delivers success on the field, with promotion to a higher standard of football whilst supporting our vision to be a true Community Club
